Are your products handmade?
We no longer hand make our products. We recently made the decision to work closely with a manufacturer; but all of our products and ingredients remian unique and curated just for us.
Where can I find the ingredients?
Ingredients are listed on the primary package of each product. If you need ingredients prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact us here.
How long does it take to process my order?
Currently, each order takes 5-7 business days to process. Standard shipping turnarounf times apply. Please refer the Shipping Policy for details here.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds*.
In the case that your product is delivered damaged - we require an image to determine if a refund will be issued. Please refer to the Refund and Return Policy for details here.
